Public Offer

1.1. This offer governs the relationship between the Platform Administration and the User.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is deemed to be registration on the platform or the commencement of use of services.

1.3. By using the platform, the User confirms agreement with the terms of this offer.

2.1 The Partner provides the User with access to the platform for:

• storage of digital assets;
• performing exchange and trading operations;
• use of additional platform services.

2.2 The Partner acts as an investment advisor and is entitled to provide investment recommendations under a valid licensing agreement with Signum Prime.

3.1. The User undertakes to provide accurate information during registration.

3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their credentials.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to restrict access in case of suspicious activity.

3.4. The User undertakes to strictly follow the Partner's recommendations, including in circumstances requiring prompt action.

4.1. The User independently makes decisions regarding transactions.

4.2. All transactions are final and non-reversible.

4.3. The amount of commissions and other possible expenses related to transactions is determined by the Administration and communicated to the User by publication on the platform.

4.4. The User undertakes to pay all expenses incurred during the operation of Signum Prime.

4.5. Profit obtained through the use of the Signum Prime platform is recognized as income of an individual or legal entity and is subject to declaration in accordance with the legislation of the state in whose currency the majority of transactions were conducted.

5.1. The User acknowledges and accepts the risk of losses in case of actions not coordinated with the Administration or Partner.

5.2. The User assumes the risk of losses caused by creating obstacles to the normal functioning of the system.

6.1 The Partner is not liable for:

• actions of third parties;
• technical failures beyond the Partner's control;
• losses caused by market volatility.

6.2 Subject to the User's full and proper compliance with all Partner recommendations, the Partner guarantees profit and bears liability for obligations to the User within the limits of its own capital.

7.1. The User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

8.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of the offer without prior notice.

8.2. The current version is published on the platform.

8.3. This offer is governed by the applicable law of the Partner's jurisdiction.
